Liberals are saying—and doing things—as though it does not matter that they lost the election. They wanted to put the sheriff of Mariposa County behind bars. President Trump pardoned Sheriff Joe. The storm of protest does not matter, Maxine.
They, the establishment, do they remain in control? In my personal case, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) overstepped its authority. I went to an attorney. The attorney told me that he had heard far worse. It would cost at least $500,000 in legal fees to get the $1,500 back the IRS “mistakenly” took from me. From personal experience, I know that the system allows limitless IRS mistakes.
The mistakes now firmly in place, by and through the “legal” system, allows the United States to dictate from a position of power. The United States, merely by policy, the world’s super-power, is not by law a super-power. No, say I, the United States is a super fraud.
It began with the so-called New Deal. New Deal law allowed government the “inherent duty,” according to President Franklin D. Roosevelt, to “keep people from starving.” How? By redistribution of the nation’s wealth, everyone with equal rights to such as health care. Yes, we know all about that. It’s bull shit.
Oh really! Why should some people not have food while others live like kings? Ah yes, alas, as a matter of “Higher Law,” the U.S. Constitution’s basis, we humans are born with the ability to prosper—yes, without the assistance of government. That’s the way it was; that’s the way it is. The fact that some don’t prosper is not anyone’s fault. It is government’s fault. We Americans proved that. We learn from experience, not from government decrees, such as “inherent duty.” Government’s duty is to serve the people. The government did not and does not inherit a duty to rob Peter to pay Paul. It was government’s inherent duty that got the government’s oppressive foot in our doors.
Being a World War II veteran, knowing what most don’t appear to know, I challenged the United States. I didn’t need a lawyer. I had a personal stake in the outcome, which meant that I was protected by the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment. Nobody questions that.
I’m not educated in the law and the law in America has become extremely complicated, thanks to lawyers. But why, I ask, should one percent of America’s population have fifty percent of the wealth? Let the American Civil Union lawyers answer that question. The answer is as simple as falling off a log. The wealthy have the money to hire lawyers.
It would cost me $500,000 to hire a lawyer to get back $1,500 the IRS lawlessly took from me. The wealthy deal in big numbers. With a battery of lawyers, General Electric pays zero tax on its income. General Electric is a legal entity. I was in a private enterprise, with rights.
Favoring those government entitled and corporate empires, the federal bureaucracy of the United States put me out of business and millions of others like me, the purpose of which was to further empower the United States.
I’m an individual with natural rights. Under the Constitution, those rights may not be compromised, transferred, or in any way taken from me. I have the right to exist on the fruits of my labor. The United States does not agree. Those government entitled, claims the United States, have a greater right than mine. The producers in America are second in rights to the receivers. Is that the law? No, it is U.S. policy.
The majority of the voters in America may have voted for Hillary Clinton, however, the electoral college said Donald Trump won the election. This election process has been in existence since the beginning. If the nation wants to change the electoral process, it may not after the fact that liberals lost the election. The attempts, such as the claim that Mr. Trump is insane, to remove President Trump from office is the law of the jungle.
While it may work, it does not work for long. An example is Nazi Germany. I was there as a combat rifleman in World War II. I recall looking down on Cologne, Germany from high ground north of the city. The only building standing was the Cathedral. The suffering the German people made for themselves is incomprehensible. It took 30 months of my time, and suffering, to stop the might makes right process. And now the identical process that led to World War II is taking place in America.
I could never understand why the German people acted the way they did. Now I understand. The American people are acting the same as the German people; that is, a minority of the American people. I assume it was a minority of the German people who placed Adolph Hitler in control.
You may not agree with Donald Trump, but the other choice, Hilary Clinton, the suffering she would have caused the American people, you are indeed fortunate she lost, especially the minorities.
