Congressman Paul Ryan, who ran with Romney as Republican Vice President, when asked if he received answers from outgoing IRS Commissioner Miller, Ryan said no. “We questioned the IRS in hearings, in letters, and the IRS withheld all this information they were in possession of as to whether this targeting was occurring or not. We do now know that this targeting did occur.  That it was politically biased, it was only of conservative groups and now we’re getting lots of questions with respect to religious groups and other groups.”

Where have America’s congressional representatives been for a generation? The IRS began by targeting the defenseless individual. Senator Lawton Chiles wrote me that he received more mail complaining of IRS treatment than all the rest of his mail.  His thought: the IRS is the one government agency that directly affects the individual.  Why was he not concerned about the fact that his letters were all complaining?  The problem grew from individual to conservative, religious and other groups.  Congressional representatives have known all along what has been taking place. Every now and then they stage an event to let us know they are for us.  This is not the first time the IRS has been on the carpet. Let’s make it the last time.

In 1975, I challenged the frauds. I wrote a letter to Attorney General William B. Saxbe, I think in 1973, advising him that Federal Income Tax was unconstitutional and that I’d see him in court. Imagine that! I’m not a lawyer.  Would you not have thought I’d lost my mind? Saxbe took my bait.  I was a “tax protester.”  At the time, they were in the headlines.  The IRS, with no reason to question me, spent a week going through my personal records looking for a way to tax me. 

The IRS found that I’d failed to report $5,000 of taxable income. For having forwarded my letter to the IRS, the DOJ was forced to defend the Commissioner of Internal Revenue in three U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court, attempting to lie their way out of an IRS fraud, all the work of this non-professional peon with a high school education.   What would happen if there were even a thousand like me?

The U.S. Court of Appeals had this to say: “Despite the fact that the amount of taxes owed by the taxpayer may well be less than the amount the Untied States must spend to collect that amount, this is a case in which the excess should be expended to validate once more the legitimacy of the federal income tax.” 

The Court was informed that the IRS had ignored a tax court order correcting an IRS mistake in the tax I owed, which was by law obstruction of justice.  I informed Congress of what had taken place.  Not a word from my representatives came in support of me.

The IRS had ignored the tax court order.  After the DOJ lied to the Supreme Court, stating that the IRS mistake had been corrected, informing the Court that I was a tax protester,  after I filed a third complaint in the U.S. District Court, after the DOJ at last admitted that the IRS confiscation of my property was “wrongful,”  and sent me a check, including interest , for the money the IRS lawlessly took, the IRS went to my bank and seized every cent in my bank account.  What does that tell you about your congressional representatives?  They are not telling you the truth.

I had the court record. Along with the bank seizure notice, this “tax protester” took the court record to The  Palm Beach Post.  The IRS was caught in its own trap.  On the front page, the IRS admitted to the world that it had been “mistaken” from the first, and that I’d soon receive an apology from the IRS. I did receive a letter from the IRS warning me that they had me red flagged. 

The IRS sent  a multiple page questionnaire to my wife  questioning her exempt status.  The questionnaire  didn’t have an OMB number. It was illegal.  My wife didn’t answer it.  The IRS sent her a letter stating the she had not paid tax in 13 years and she owed $35,000 in tax, penalty and interest. The IRS informed her employer not  to allow any tax deduction and that the IRS was going to garnishee her wages.  After several attempts to resolve the problem, I succeeded in getting my congressman  to stepped in. He placed the tax problem in another problem resolution office.  The claim was immediately dropped, but it took a year to get back the money the IRS illegally took through my wife’s employer.

This tells you not to mess with the IRS. The IRS is above the law.  How do you like living under Nazi law? I can only speak for myself. I’ve been rewarded for all my effort.  An ad says “Stand with Billy Graham because of Jesus Christ.” I didn’t know when I personally took action against this government fraud that Jesus was with me. I know now.

On my own, I took my tax case to the Supreme Court. In the Solicitor General’s “Memorandum for the Respondent in Opposition,” Wade H. McCree, Jr., speaking for the Attorney General, “Petitioner seeks review of the decision below in this income tax case….on the grounds that: (1) the income tax and the use of income tax proceeds for social welfare expenditures is confiscation of property in violation of the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment; and (2) the Internal Revenue Service and various of its employees conspired to defraud and harass him by, inter alia, crediting a 1975 refund against his 1973 and 1974 tax liabilities, and making erroneous assessments.”

“The pertinent facts may be summarized as follows: In a joint return filed for 1973, petitioner and his wife claimed a credit of $1,238, or 20% of their tax liability, as a ‘constitutional protest of the taxing and spending policies of the government.’ In an audit the Commissioner disallowed this credit and asserted a negligence penalty under Section 665(a) of the Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C.) for taking a groundless credit. Subsequently, the Commissioner allowed a net operating loss carryback from 1976 to 1973 in the amount of $1,695.40 resulting in an overpayment for 1973, which is now being held in petitioner’s case.”

“In 1974, petitioner filed what purported to be a joint income tax return, but which his wife did not sign.”  

“The Internal Revenue Service originally treated petitioner’s return as a joint return. This error was corrected.”

Said error was corrected in tax court. As soon as the trial was over, the error was made again and never corrected. An IRS confiscation of property went through the entire federal judiciary and stood.  

The Attorney General to the Supreme Court: “When petitioner challenged the Commissioner’s action in Tax Court, petitioner did not dispute the computation of the tax, but advanced constitutional objection to the income tax.”

The Attorney General: “It is likewise clear that petitioner’s objection to the use of funds generated by the income tax for various social welfare purposes are ‘exclusively within the jurisdiction of the legislative and executive branches,’ rather than the courts.” Swallow v. United States.

Flast at 98:

“As we understand it, the Government’s position is that the constitutional scheme of separation of powers, and the deference owed by the federal judiciary to the other two branches of government within that scheme, presents an absolute bar to taxpayer suits challenging the validity of federal spending programs.  The Government views such suits as involving no more than the mere disagreement by the taxpayer ‘with the uses to which tax money is put.’ According to the Government, the resolution of such disagreements is committed to other branches of the Federal Government and not to the judiciary.  Consequently, the Government contends that, under no circumstances, should standing be conferred on federal taxpayers to challenge a federal taxing or spending program.  An analysis of the function served by standing limitations compels a rejection of the Government’s position.”

The Attorney General built a straw man, that I was a tax protester trying to get out of paying my tax. Nothing illegal the IRS did made any difference, as far as the makers and keepers of the law were concerned.

 For a third time, I filed a complaint in the district court. The court decided to hear me. Immediately after being given notice that I was going to be heard, the DOJ sent the court a memorandum stating that the IRS had “wrongfully” taken my property. The DOJ was willing to refund it.  The Attorney General misled the Supreme Court. The IRS obstructed justice.

I received a check from the government. And now comes the truth that federal income tax is the greatest fraud of all times. The IRS went to my bank, for the second time in violation of a federal court order, and confiscated every cent I had in the bank.

I took the court record to The Palm Beach Post. An investigation was made. A front page story appeared, as follows:

Monday, December 1, 1986: “Taxpayer Wages 11-Year Feud with IRS”

“Joseph W. Smith Jr. is convinced he’ll never have any peace as long as he’s a taxpayer and the Internal Revenue Service exists.”

“The IRS twice collected the money, twice returned it with interest after Smith filed suit, and then again tried to collect the money this month—despite a federal court order that said Smith didn’t owe the IRS anything.”

“Holger Euringer, IRS public relations officer in Jacksonville, said last week that the agency had been wrong all along and that Smith soon would receive a letter of apology from the IRS district director.”

“Court documents, IRS letters and Smith’s files tell a chilling story of IRS bumbling that began in 1975 when the agency disagreed with Smith on how much he owed on 1973 and 1974 taxes.”

“During the three years it took to get his suit settled, Smith said the IRS held $5,000 it owed him because of business-related operating loss rebates. He said the IRS first applied part of that money to the erroneous assessment. He said he later was paid the full amount of the rebates.”

“Euringer said the IRS is not allowed to withhold refunds pending the outcome of court cases unless the total amount is applied to taxes owed. ‘If what he’s saying is correct, we were wrong,’ he said.”

“Then in 1980, the IRS took a second look at Smith’s 1973 and 1974 tax returns and said he owed $2,556 plus interest. The IRS took that money out of proceeds from the sale of a condominium in Portland, Ore.”

“In 1983, Smith filed suit in U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach to get the money back. But before the case could go to trial, according to documents from the tax division of the U.S. Justice Department, the division declared the $2,556 assessment a wrongful levy.”

“So on Nov. 28, 1984, Smith signed an agreement with Justice in which he dropped the suit in exchange for a refund of the $2,556, plus $1,675 in interest.”

“But on Oct. 23, 1986, he said, an IRS revenue agent came to his door demanding that he pay $3,130 in assessments, interest and penalties owed on his 1974 taxes. He said the agent told him the IRS mistakenly had refunded the money.”

“On Nov. 5, the IRS issued a notice to Barnett Bank of Palm Beach saying it wanted the $960 in Smith’s bank account because he owed $961.70 on his 1974 return. Euringer said the Nov. 5 bank account levy was a mistake.”

An IRS “mistake” put me on the street in the summer of 1975. My case was never heard. Nobody ever paid for obstructing justice. Thirty-eight years later, the IRS is still doing the same. This involves more than the IRS.

Thinking on the above crock, what could have been the motivation to kidnap those three girls and keep them chained in a cellar for years simply to abuse them? What could have been the motivation to carefully and meticulously build bombs simply for the purpose of killing and maiming people? What could have been the motivation for going to a school with guns simply to see how many children you could kill?  Don’t ask your government. Look within for the answer. There can be but one answer: anger over what society has done to you.  The Benghazi killings was an expression of anger. Speaker Boehner, something is wrong about the way we are being educated.  You and your colleagues have only succeeded in making bad matters worse.  You are the problem.

Most people deeply regret all of the above, but look to authority to correct these wrongs. The authorities simply exacerbate the problem. But let’s face it, we’ve got too many problems of our own to spend our time trying to fix society’s problems. And after all, most of us are living well enough. We don’t want to rock the boat. There are always going to be some, who, for one reason or another, don’t like whatever the case may be. No system of government is perfect. We like what our own elected politician does. His job is to take from others and give to us. In governing, it is after me you come first.  That’s the controlling factor, and we don’t want it changed.  Rather than love one another, We prefer to fight for our “rights.”  Might makes right.  

The majority vote decides what is best. The minority gets the shaft. When the minority becomes the majority, it loves to give the former majority the shaft. It’s a never-ending process of creating rather than brotherly love, anger and division.

I know what’s best for me. I give you the right to know what’s best for you.  When others tell me they know what is best for me, and with my money, it makes me fighting mad, and not only me, we’ve got a lot of angry Americans. Our elected representatives, rather than fix what’s wrong, spend their time dividing us.  The majority vote gives the minority the shaft; the result, an angry nation incapable of finding a solution.  The same politicians remain and continue to divide.

The authorities, on whom we depend to fix problems, are themselves the problem. “Ask not what your country can do for you.” John F. Kennedy, who was shot dead by a communist.  Lyndon B. Johnson took Kennedy’s place. The first thing Johnson did was to put in place his “Great Society” programs: socialism. The second thing he did was to disgrace America by escalating and prolonging the Viet Nam conflict. Succeeding presidents have followed the same agenda.

The best government is the least government. The least government encourages personal responsibility. The current nanny government encourages irresponsibility. The law provides us with equal rights.  We can’t change nature, but we keep trying. Today’s headlines are the handwriting on the wall.  

The Republican Controlled House, in its search for the truth about the Benghazi attack, reminds me of an ancient Greek myth, when an angry Zeus sent a beautiful woman, Pandora, to the people with a box full of evil spirits. Pandora’s curiosity of what was in the box caused her to take a peek. Out flew the evil spirits on the attack. With three whistleblowers, the Republicans shredded the Obama plant that the attack was spontaneous, the notion that the attack was because of a YouTube video. Obama is engulfed in a growing tide of distrust, the Democrats a growing embarrassment—as if this is any answer to the evil spirits that now plague us. It’s opening the door to raving wolves waiting for the opportunity to devour us.

 The key word here is logos: In Greek philosophy the rational principle that governs and develops the universe; in Christian philosophy, the divine word or reason incarnate in Jesus Christ: John 1:1- “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”  “The Word” today has been expanded to mean universal consciousness. The cutting edge of science is aware of vastly more than the ancients, but evil is still with us as much as ever.

 The Democrat answer: “Never let a crisis go to waste.” The political answer is always to place the cart before the horse. The Democrats: Take from the rich and give to the poor, or kill the goose that laid golden eggs. The Republicans: take from the poor and give to the rich so they can live like kings. It’s both sides against the middle, the bottom line, control. The crisis is unaffordable government entitlement, a manmade gimmick, the purpose of which is central control. Who in Washington, I ask you, is against it?  They are all against the individual—all for central control.  Power corrupts. Evil is going to plague us until we accept the truth about ourselves.

 We arrive innocent, curious, imagining, and are processed by the status quo.  Naturally, those in control, who put great effort into gaining control, want to keep control, and nearly always at the individual’s expense. Our wake-up call is moral, spiritual, and fiscal bankruptcy. It’s nothing new.  We’re living on borrowed time. One balloon pop is going to cause all the balloons to pop, leaving us, once again, with our moment of truth.

 I’ve already been where you are going to be. My past is your future. You don’t want to hear that. Voices of the past, through the Constitution, led me to the strengthening of my inner resources. It’s a do-it-yourself process that builds native resilience. From literally being locked out and on the street—in favor of government entitlement—my dream came true. 

 I’m no different than you.  You have a choice. My choice got me where I wanted to be, doing my thing.  I have no ambition to tell you what to do. I can only speak for myself. Take it or leave it.  The authorities didn’t tell me what to do. They admitted they were mistaken. Thus, when everything should have gone wrong for me, according to how we’ve been taught, everything went right.

The headlines: Huckabee: Benghazi Scandal Will Cost Obama His Presidency.

On November 22, 1963, at 12:30 PM, I was on Inwood Road in Dallas, in a traffic jam, listing to the Stamps Quartet sing Give the World a Smile. Why do I remember this?  The broadcast was interrupted to announce that John F. Kennedy had been shot at Dealy Plaza. I was in the traffic jam caused by his motorcade.

In 1975, I challenged Federal Income Tax, as it applied to me, as being unconstitutional. I acted on voices of the past speaking to me in the Constitution. The government lost the case.  After Kennedy was out of the way and Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson became President, besides the Vietnam fiasco, which brought shame on America, Johnson came up with the Great Society, which now threatens to bankrupt America morally, spiritually, and fiscally. With Obama now at the wheel, we are on the road to totalitarian dictatorship.

Only ten days before Kennedy’s assassination, John Kennedy at Columbia University in a speech: “The high office of President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the American’s freedom, and before I leave office I must inform the citizen of his plight.” John Kennedy is one of those voices of the past I hear.

 Not only did I challenge Federal Income Tax in 1975, I cut from the herd on Good Friday, 1975, arriving in Miami, Florida on Easter Sunday for the first day of my new life. I planned to buy a sailboat and cruise the South Atlantic for a couple of years.  My business enterprise was on the rocks and my second wife was divorcing me. What else to do?  It would be just me, and as it were, those voices of the past to plan my future. To let me know they were there, a couple of miracles occurred while I was at sea.

 In August 1978, I arrived in Portland, Oregon with my third wife, to return to my business career. In May 1980, wife number three walked out. To let me know those voices of the past were still there, two weeks later wife number four walked in.  Somehow, I knew it from the moment we met.  She was like meeting an old friend I’d not seen for a long time.

 I made a date with Karen to hike to Multnomah Falls near Portland, another time in my life I’d never forget.  We were sitting on a log chatting, on the trail, when Karen said, “I want ours to be a platonic relationship.” What a strange thing to say, I thought.  My response: “I’ve never had a platonic relationship with a woman, other than my family.” At that moment, we noticed that the sky suddenly turned black in the west. We hurried back to the car. Mt. St. Helens had erupted.  I took this natural event as a sign. It is legendary. The Phoenix was a bird that after living a period of years ended as ashes on a pyre and then rises to begin a new cycle of years. It is seen as a person after suffering a calamity is reborn. Isn’t that the case in all of nature?

 Fifteen years after we met, Karen handed me an astrological compatibility report, one of those computer printouts from a software program.  In it I read, “the platonic thing was there from the start (two weeks after wife number three walked out), and there is a sense of the brotherly and sisterly between you,” exactly the way I felt.   Karen, sent to me, and all of my dreams came true,  voices of the past were with me from the moment I challenged the powers that be, I’m reminded of what Kennedy said ten days before he was shot dead by a communist.

 The other day I told Karen that I intuited something startling about to take place. I didn’t know what or when it would happen, or whether it would be good or bad. This morning I read in an email from Newsmax.com that Huckabee says the Benghazi scandal will cost Obama his presidency.  I might have had that in the back of my mind when I told Karen I intuited something startling about take place. Voices of the past? Kennedy said, “Ask not what your government can do for you.”  You people have not been following what voices of the past told me long ago.  My life is good. Time will tell your fate.

Give the World a Smile

When Obama needed the American people, they answered his call. When they needed Obama to protect their embassy in Libya, Obama was nowhere to be found.  It is bizarre. America’s ambassador and three other loyal Americans lost their lives for the sake of Obama’s politics.  Had it not been for America’s liberal press, which pushed his election, he would not have gotten away with it.

The latest news, which the liberal press calls conservative politics, whistleblowers about to reveal the full truth, it questions American values. Could the American people get along without government entitlement?  In other words, is government entitlement more important than protecting American lives? I ask that you give me a few minutes.

Romney’s revelation that nearly half of the American people were going to vote against him because they value more their government handouts got him sharp criticism from the mainstream press, as did his “jumping to conclusions” about what took place at the American embassy in Cairo.  Obama blamed the amateurish video denigrating Islam for both the “spontaneous” attack on Cairo’s and Benghazi’s embassies.  Romney again blew his opportunity to be president in the third presidential debate. When it came to Obama’s culpability, Romney let the liberal press’ moderator take charge. She lied.  The Republicans again blew it when Hillary Clinton testified in the House of Representatives.  We’ll see how well the Republicans do with the whistleblowers testimony.  The poles tell us than less than half of the American people have any concern about what happened in Benghazi. I’m not at all optimistic. It all points to the weakness of American character. Said weakness is due to government entitlement. There is not one Washington politician against it.   Government entitlement is one way of saying government handout.  The handout is due to taxation—taxes so ambiguous that most Americans don’t know the truth of the matter.  America’s richest are paying a smaller percentage of their incomes in taxes than the average American. Obama plays it for everything its worth.  He keeps calling for taxing the rich more, at the same time passing out billions in corporate welfare and socking it to the smaller business owner in taxes, calling them the rich.  Seventy percent of the jobs in America come from small businesses.  Obama, a politician, period, ninety-nine percent of what he maintains is absent the truth; in more definitive terms, bald-faced lie.  

Par for the Obama course, he crammed down the American people’s throats Obamacare, which is proven now to mean higher tax for everyone (but unions and the poor), and less healthcare. Unions, the poor, and the gullible keep Obama empowered; in other words,  entitled to government assistance.

Who came up with the idea of government entitlement?  Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1933, with 25 percent of the nation unemployed and millions facing starvation, came up with this: “While it isn’t written in the Constitution, nevertheless, it is the inherent duty of the Federal Government to keep its citizens from starvation.” The Great Depression continued, however, until the Japanese did away with it–by bombing Pearl Harbor.  The American people had no problem of paying high taxes and borrowing excessively to protect our freedom. Presto change, everyone was taking his or her responsibility to protect our freedom. By magic, the unemployment problem, after eleven long, miserable years, disappeared. I came home from WWII to boom time.  Instead of war, the same could have been true by additions to the infrastructure.  Why didn’t it work with Roosevelt and later Obama?  It was not additions to the infrastructure.   The inherent duty idea is nothing more than a government foot in your door.

 The ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle knew all about the above described scheme. He advanced in his Ethics the concept of “natural justice.” “Of political justice, he wrote, “part is natural, part legal—natural, that which everywhere has the same force and does not exist by people thinking this and that; legal, that which is originally indifferent….” It’s the essential thing in justice, as Cicero, the founder of modern law said, “We are born for justice, and right is not the mere arbitrary construction of opinion, but an institution of nature.”

We turn now to Federal Income Tax law, sanctioned by Brushaber v. Union Pacific R.R.  The Court: “Under the seeming exercise of the taxing power, the taxing statute is so arbitrary as to compel the conclusion that it was not the exertion of taxation, but the confiscation of property, or is so wanting in basis for classification as to produce such a gross and patent inequity as inevitably to lead to the same conclusion,”  the case heard in 1945, the U.S. Court of Appeals held that such was not the case. Although high, said the Court, “tax has not turned into take.” Ever since then government has maintained that taxpayer suits involve no more than the mere disagreement by the taxpayer with the uses to which tax money is put.  According to government, the resolution of such disagreements is committed to other than the courts. Since 1945, standing is denied taxpayers challenging federal income tax as confiscatory.  The IRS is given authority to use this expedience to keep taxpayers from daring to get their cases heard. It’s a form of terrorism.

Under lawful in Black’s Law Dictionary, “The principal distinction between the terms ‘lawful’ and ‘legal’ is that the former contemplates the substance of the law, the latter the form of law.” Anything can be the latter. Hitler was legal.  That’s why neither Roosevelt’s plan nor Obama’s plan works. Roosevelt’s judges, and now Obama’s judges, speaking of taxing the rich more, “property is only a means. It has been a frequent error of our Court that they have made the means the end,” this choice remark from Roosevelt appointee Brandeis. There you have it, government entitlement.  Black’s:  “The latter (legal) goes no further than to denote compliance with positive, technical, or formal rules; while the former (lawful) usually imports a moral substance or ethical permissibility. A further distinction is that the word ‘legal’ is used as the synonym of ‘constructive,’ which ‘lawful’ is not. Thus ‘legal fraud’ is fraud implied or inferred by law, or made out by construction.”  Federal income tax, the biggest fraud ever perpetrated, giving the Federal Government super power, the American people are leaving themselves extremely vulnerable.  Under “lawful,” there is no such thing as government entitlement.  It is “legal fraud.” How can one be entitled to another’s sweat?  It makes no sense, therefore, not the law.

So, getting back to coming home from WWII, to boom time, American voters have ever since been voting for politicians with Roosevelt’s plan in mind, “take from the rich and give to the poor.”  The result: weakening of moral character. As the matter now stands, we’ve got a dichotomy, an uncompromising division that makes utterly no sense, and a president who knows better than the American people what is good for us, intent on making the American people his slaves. We’ve got a choice, Pavlog’s dogs—jump through the hoops for handouts—or individual independence.  There is no way out of death to American values other than phasing out government entitlement.  

Astrologers advise me that I’m looked upon as eccentric, as one lady put it, “a rock in the stream.”  Another way to put it, I’m disobedient to man’s will–and God’s will if it must be with all the dogmas and doctrines man imposes.  

I’m not one of those who thinks about terrorizing by killing and maiming people to have it my way.  I have no ambition to become a maker or keeper of the law.  I wonder why I should be made to do other people’s bidding. Here is my astrological chart created on July 28, 1975. It states that I was born on September 17, 1925 at 4:51 PM Central Standard Time in Houston, Texas.  From this information, my astrologer was able to tell me about my personality and events in my life.  At the time, I wasn’t aware of what I was told.  The pieces had not yet come together. For most people, the pieces do not ever come together.  They have a choice. They don’t follow their paths of destiny. 

For some reason, I can’t tell you, I followed my path of destiny. The ancient Greeks popularized astrology with the rising sign. It further individualizes the twelve sun signs. The rising sign is the zodiac sign, from my chart, rising on the eastern horizon at the moment of my birth, at 4:51 PM.  My astrologer knew from the exact time of my birth in Houston, Texas that I was Aquarius rising.  I’m Virgo with Aquarius rising.

Astrologers tell us the rising sign is the mask of the persona—as we emerge from a first impression, and might not actually be, but as much a part of the personality as the sun sign.  I became Aquarius rising, and rather suddenly.

When I was born, my ruling planet, Uranus, was in opposition with the Sun, Moon, and Mars, indicating an unfortunate early life. Uranus had transited to a position opposing itself in my forties, indicating change.  I was aware that a change was in the wind. I knew my independent lumber business was being replaced, like the mom and pop grocery store.  In 1975, I was out of business and my second wife was divorcing me. My early life was over.  I dreaded the change and I blamed it on government.

 Astrologers say that if the Sun is the core-self taking action, the rising sign is the vehicle. I wasn’t going to take it. I made this known to the Attorney General of the United States, who passed my feeling on to the IRS. The stage was set for my future. 

 For the good of all—we think—the IRS has been given extraordinary power.  Power corrupts. In my case, the corrupt IRS hung itself with its own rope. Given my astrological self, it made me a believer in the power within me, and that I was on my path of destiny—when things you would think would go badly for me, things went right. What am I to believe?  I’m right; authority is wrong.

 Backing me, in the Gospels we read that Jesus said, “in earth as it is in heaven…. But seek ye first the kingdom of God.” He later said that the kingdom of God is in you. Jesus followed with this thought: There shall be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and on the earth distress of nations, and followed with this: “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads, for your redemption draweth nigh” (Luke 21:28). When you look up, what you see is an increasing number of UFOs.

 Along with what Jesus said, backing me, in the cutting edge of science we read that objective reality is flawed. “We find that what we had thought was an independent and objective physical world is in fact contingent on the observer….The observer interacts with matter. Consciousness, the substance of this newfound reality that defines the observer, has fundamental existence,” said quantum physicist and brain doctor Evan Harris Walker.  And sociologist Robert K. Merton, again backing me, said, “The self-fulfilling prophecy is, in the beginning, a false definition of the situation evoking a new behaviour which makes the original false conception come ‘true’. This specious validity of the self-fulfilling prophecy perpetuates a reign of error. For the prophet will cite the actual course of events as proof that he was right from the very beginning.” How could people be so misinformed, we who have been created with reason and logic?

 After the fact, I spent ten years putting together the pieces of the puzzle in a book I self-published, In Earth as It Is in Heaven: an Explanation for the underlying Mechanism of Creation.  No one else has pieced the puzzle together of my unique life.

 It began when I cut from the herd in 1975, coincidentally, on the day Christians commemorate as the day Jesus was hung from a cross, and ended with my arrival in Miami, Florida on Easter Sunday, for the first day of my new life.  I planned on buying a live-aboard sailboat and sailing the South Atlantic Ocean for a couple of years. By the way, I was not a Christian, nor am I now.

 This individual was the pioneer who sought to find his identity, went to sea and experienced miracles, came back and found the right mate for life (his fourth mate), diversified, found justice and freedom, conscientiously looked for answers, found personal power, and lastly seeks to be of universal service.  This all fits what the ancients knew about us, but Twitter tweets loud and long on what people say about other people. I hear that billionaire Buffet is now a favorite on Twitter.  I like to write about what other people say about me.  The ancients predicted an age when we become our brother’s keeper.  Here is what astrologer Jeanne Avery says about me under Aquarius in The Rising Sign.  “He is a forerunner in setting style, discovering new methods, and showing the rest of humanity the way,” but people don’t give a “Tweet” about that.  They want to know how to become a billionaire. 

The picture was taken by my wife Karen after I’d hacked out a place on a stump to hang her sign. There’s a story worth telling behind this sign, which names our dream home in the tall timber near Mt. Hood.   The story is about something of which we should be conscious, something the mainstream wants to stifle. We exist in a time-space consortium, where the death of old ideas makes new life possible.  Karen got the name Peace & Plenty from the Peace & Plenty Club on St. George, a small island the Bahamas. In March 1982, we were anchored in sight of the club on Elizabeth Harbor, living on our sailboat, Bold Venture II.

Our planet Earth is away from it all, but hardly what one could call Peace & Plenty, the difference being in the number of people involved. The Bible tells us that God made man in his image. No telling how many planets in the universe support intelligent life.  The Bible tells us that we were meant to be fruitful and multiply—knowing good and evil.  In envy Cain killed Able. So what else is new?

The ancients, by geometrizing the heavens, gave us ages. We are now leaving the Age of Pisces, an age when people are prone to be weak-willed and influenced by external factors—entering the Age of Aquarius, when people will be stubborn in their beliefs, hate hypocrisy, and will be independent.  The symbol for Pisces is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions. The symbol for Aquarius is the water-bearer. It is amazing how closely this seems to fit our current reality.

Jesus was born at the beginning of the Age of Pisces. In Luke 21, we read of Jesus’ second coming. Said Jesus, “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations…So, likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”

“Lifting up our heads,” we see a growing number of unidentified flying objects. The authorities insist that they are mostly explainable.  They admit that some cannot be explained, but refuse to say they are extraterrestrial.

A relatively short time back, we thought Earth was the center of the universe. On the back of a horse was the fastest we could move.  It is hard to believe that extraterrestrials could not be here; that no life in the universe could be more advanced than ours. But then I think about the Age of Pisces. Need I say more? 

I think about the Age of Aquarius, when we become our brother’s keeper. I think about the Pope, the leader of a billion people.  Were I the leader, I would think in terms of what is good for all. The individual would occupy little of my thinking, and the same for the President of the United States. Were I a leader, what would I think about extraterrestrials?  I would quite likely think like Native American chiefs when more advanced people arrived in America. At first, the more advance people made deals with Native Americans, in time, though, to oppress them.  Native Americans refused to change their ways. I image the same would be true if extraterrestrials took over our planet. Earth’s leaders would refuse to change their ways. We would be oppressed.  

Extraterrestrials, in great numbers, are not hiding their presence. In fact, a formation of UFOs flew over Washington, DC. Hundreds of people saw them.  Our leaders denied that it happened. That does not change the fact. All the players are now in place. What comes next is predictable.

What else? Multiplying extraterrestrials will make their presence known. The battle will commence. Welcome the Age of Aquarius. Ultimately, Earth will become part of the galactic community.

I’ve been led to write the story of my life—In Earth as It Is in Heaven: an Explanation for the underlying Mechanism of Creation, after my great change in 1975. The signs I experienced are the signs Jesus spoke of in Luke 21. “In earth as it is in heaven,” Jesus said in Matthew 6, followed by, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God” (which in Luke 17 he said is in you).  in Genesis 1:26, “And God said, Let us make man in our image,” archetypically, we learn from the Bible and astrological data that the Moon sign is how we feel as we go through life, the Sun sign how we naturally uplift people. This gives us good information on our spiritual mission.

The cutting edge of science is playing a major role in coming events—giving us a new image of what being human means; giving us the energy to grow. Everyone has a different way of reacting.  Some react immaturely;  some to take a step back, when need becomes strength.  We have goals. We want everything to be just right.  Everything is going wrong.  All of these thoughts have come to me since my departure—and my great test—being locked out of my apartment for nonpayment of rent. My life was in ruins and nobody gave a damn.  I was a rock in the stream, a “tax protester,” a “spurious constitutional objector.”  Whatever was my misfortune was seen as my fault.  That’s the way we keep wayward people like me in tow.  These prison bars must be opened by looking within.  Your new life, your higher self brings you into the new age.

Jesus called mainstream thinking hypocritical. Mainstream thinking crucified Jesus.  Some things about the law never change. The Constitution agreed with my thinking.  I’m that stubborn Aquarian astrologers mention, the wave of the future. It is no coincidence that my dream has come true.

Anwar al-Awlaki

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, age 19, the younger brother of the Boston Bombers, at an impressionable age, it is reported, says that he was inspired by watching online videos—in America—of jihadist Anwar al-Awlaki, an “American citizen,” we read, who was killed by a U.S. drone strike.  We Americans don’t kill American citizens.  A jihadist, an “enemy combatant,” was no American citizen. You are being fed a regular diet of lies. A citizen defined as someone loyal to his nation and laws.  You are allowing this fraud at your own peril.

The law is based on reason. The Boston Bombers—jihadists—with the objective of terrorizing the American people into submission of their radical Muslim religion, were not American citizens in any sense of the word. We need to understand that you don’t protect your enemy with loony notions of what the Constitution says.  You own the Constitution, not the makers and keepers of the law.  I should hope you are not for protecting your enemy with the Constitution. 

Jefferson told us that judges are not the final arbiters of the law. I proved it.  The U.S. District Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court were all wrong. The IRS admitted on the front page of the Palm Beach Post that they made a mistake. Their mistake was ignoring the ruling of the Tax Court in my favor.  The IRS was guilty of obstruction of justice.  The guilty parties should have gone to prison for five years. America’s makers and keepers of the law have muddled it so that nobody knows the law. We are a rudderless ship heading for the rocks.

The snatching of a baby from its mother, the felony change of a high school student for forgetting that he left his shotgun in the back of his pickup is strong evidence that America’s government is fast turning into a Nazi type government stripping the American people of every right they have in the name of the law. For every action there is a reaction. The energy is being for a change.
